Dennis did an excellent job inspecting an older property that needed a lot of work for a fair price. While other people coming out couldn't get through the crawl space, they did. They found things we couldn't have known about otherwise. After 25 years in real estate, I'd use them every time. A+ job.

So this was my first experience with Dennis and his company. He showed up early, very friendly, explained every step so I could understand the process, was honest, extremely detailed in the report, report is easy to read and explains everything thoroughly as to not be overwhelmingly confusing, he then followed up after the report and gave his professional opinion on what needs to be fixed now and later. Overall, excellent service and 100% would recommend.

This was a great experience using Mr. Wade to perform the thorough home inspection recently on my late parents home. Mr. Wade as he stated, provide detailed information and photos detailing what needed to be improve, from high priority need immediate attention to a step down level on what required the least attention. What I truly appreciate about Mr. Wade, was that he text me to advise of his impending arrival and once he completed his thorough inspection he sent a report. Dennis Wade did an excellent job with our home inspection. He was incredibly thorough and left no stone unturned. He also took the time to explain things to my husband who was present for the inspection. His reports are easy to navigate and detailed. I highly recommend him as someone who will care to do a very thorough and great job. Unfortunately a lot of companies will rush the process and skip over or dismiss things that should be addressed. If you want a thorough job with a skilled professional I highly recommend his company.

Dennis came right away after we spoke, did an extremely thorough analysis, and was very friendly. He has no affiliation with mold remediators and such which in my view increases his credibility. While I hope I NEVER have to use his services again, I am very glad I did. :-)
